The majority of the gas ball valves feature 1/2 psig and 5g, with 600 WOG and lever-tee head or flat.

American Valve Co. manufactures gas ball valves that feature a lever handle and IPS threaded ends. Tested under ANSI standards Z21.15 1979 and Z21.15a 1981, the gas ball valves distance from end to end is 1 3/4-4 1/3", with port openings of 5/16-2".

NIBCO Inc. designs and manufactures gas ball valves for use with natural gas, manufactured gas, mixed gas, liquified petroleum gas, and LP gas-air mixtures. These gas ball valves are available in a number of sizes including: 3/8"-1", 1/2", 3/4", 1/2" flare, 1/2" flare x 1/2" female, 3/8" flare x 1/2" female, 5/8" flare x 3/4" female, and 1/2" flare x 1/2" male. The ball valves feature lever handles and 1/2 PSI for indoor appliance connections.

Grainger supplies gas ball valves manufactured by Nibco. The various gas ball valves are available with 3/4", 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2", 2", and 2 1/2" pipe sizes. The valves also feature Cv flow factors of 23, 6.5, 34, 38, 54, and 110.

Webstone Company Inc. manufactures flare gas ball valves and IPS gas ball valves. Flare types are available in a number of sizes including: 5/8 flare x 3/4 fip, 3/8 flare, 1/2 flare, 3/8 flare x 1/2 mip, 1/2 flare x 1/2 mip, 3/8 flare x 1/2 fip, and 1/2 flare x 1/2 fip. The IPS gas ball valves feature a T-handle, square head, or locking device; and available in 3/8 IPS to 1 IPS sizes.

Flowserve manufactures and supplies Naval gas ball valves designed for shut-off application in natural gas pipelines. The ball valves are available with butt weld connection, butt weld connections/female pipe threads, flanges, flanges and gear, and female pipe threads. The gas ball valves feature an all-welded body and is fitted with carbon-reinforced, long-lasting Teflon seals that are resistant to frequent operation, impurities and chemicals. The valves' blow-out proof stem is sealed with two O-rings.

Kerotest Manufacturing produces polyethylene natural gas ball valves that feature full port or reduced port bore design, operating pressure of 125 psi, and a temperature range from -20F to 140F. The ball valves are used in natural gas distribution, natural gas gathering, landfill gas, air, and inert gas applications.

Superior Valve Co. distributes gas shutoff ball valves manufactured by Apollo. The valves are available in sizes from 3/8" to 1", and rated for temperatures from 32 F to 125 F at pressure of 1.2 and 5 psig. Two of the ball valve series are for indoor main burner applications.

Legend Valve manufactures gas ball valves that are constructed of forged brass and feature a one-piece design. Intended for use with natural, manufactured, mixed, liquified petroleum, and LP gas/air mixtures, the ball valves come in 3/8", 1/2", and 3/4" sizes with BTU capacities of 290,000 or 726,800.

Ningbo Huacheng Valve Co Ltd. manufactures brass gas ball valves in a number of sizes including: 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 2", 2-1/2", 3" and 4". The various gas ball valve types feature either a steel handle with plastic handle, butterfly handle, or are full port.
