They offer sizes from 1" to 48", lug or wafer styles, stainless steel bodies, aluminum, cast iron or ductile iron, and a variety of disc materials from ductile iron to teflon encapsulated. Their manual butterfly valves come in a 340/342 Series with nylon coated disk. The 500/522 Series are resilient seated.

  DynaQuip Controls, Inc. offers a variety of electric butterfly valves with electric actuators, including: FDA approved 340/342 Series, workhorse 500/522 Series, and affordable 600/622 Series. Valves come in sizes ranging from 2" to 12", and they come in wafer and lug body styles. 340/342 valves come with a double-acting pneumatic actuator sized for 80 psi and a differential air supply of 150 psi. 600/622 Series valves feature a 1/60/120 power voltage and a 150 psi differential. Valves have applications for: petrochemical processing, chemical processing, HVAC, ATC, general industrial service, etc.

  The VAE Series carbon steel 2/3 piece high pressure ball valve is designed for high pressure hydraulic applications. These valves are of a full port design with NPT or SAE O-ring Boss connections, and feature bar stock design for 1/2" - 1" sizes and cast steep bodies for 1 1/4" through 2" sizes. Pressure ratings of 4600 psi CWP 3/4" - 2" to 7000 psi CWP 1/4" - 3/8" are available. All valves have a temperature rating of -20° to 175° F.

  DynaQuip Controls manufactures ball valves in stainless steel materials including VMB series of 2 piece screwed body valves, 3 piece bolted in-line ball valves, 3 way ball valves and 3 piece bolted in-line ball valves. The stainless steel 2 piece screwed body valves are available in standard port sizes from 3/4" - 2" and full port sizes from 1/4" - 1/2". The stainless steel 3 piece bolted in-line ball valves are available in full port, threaded end sizes from 1/4" - 2" and socket weld sizes from 1/2" - 2". The stainless steel 3 way ball valves are available in sizes from 1/2" - 2".

  DynaQuip Controls makes butterfly valves with stainless steel bodies in sizes from 1 to 48", such as their 500/522 series resilient seated valves in wafer or lug styles with a full cut disk max pressure rating of 150psi and under cut disk 50 psi rating. These valves have a boot-type seat and alignment notches on bottom of the wafer valve, and four redundant seals.
