The Lee Co. is a supplier of high pressure check valves. These are poppet-style high pressure check valves for systems requiring up to 8000 psi and are offered in six sizes. The micro-miniature comes in 0.125 to 0.500 inch diameter models. The 0.156 inch diameter model is available only in a forward flow direction. All other sizes are available in both forward and reverse flow. The 0.125 and 0.187 inch diameter high pressure check valves are available with screens.

Autoclave Engineers are designers and manufacturers of high pressure check valves. Three types are available. High pressure ball check valves prevent reverse flow when leak-tight shut-off is not necessary.  High pressure O-ring check valves provide unidirectional flow and tight shut-off for liquids and gases.  High pressure ball type excess flow valves are also available.

HiP is a manufacturer of high pressure valves, fittings and tubing for 30,000, 40,000 and 60,000 psi service. Types of high pressure valves available include check and needle designs. 30,000 and 60,000 psi check valves offer coned and threaded connections for 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 9/16" and 1" O.D. tubing. 40,000 psi high pressure check valves feature 9/16" O.D. tubing.

Doering manufactures a full line of regular check valves and high pressure POC check valves, including hydraulic pilot check valves and gas pilot valves in a wide array of sizes. High pressure models come in N/O and basic configurations with line mount and panel mount housings available.

Harwood Engineering develops and produces high pressure check valves in a two-port design. These valves allow gases or liquids to flow in only one direction and require a minimum pressure to open. Stainless steel check valves are available for water service. There are well over two dozen models to choose from with high pressure ratings from 50,000 psi to 200,000 psi.

Check All Valve is a manufacturer of Style U1 (UN-10) universal high pressure check valves, rated to 10,000 psig. They feature a single piece body design, are economical, and are designed for maximum flow with minimum pressure drop. Materials used in construction include SS316, Alloy 20, brass, carbon steel, Hastelloy B and C, and Monel.

Alco are industrial valve manufacturers. Their two series' of piston check valves are rated at 15,000 and 20,000 psi. These are non-return high pressure check valves designed for higher flow and low pressure drop across the valve due to having a larger through bore. Various cracking pressures are available with different spring options.

Generant offers their Series HPCV high pressure check valves. Features include 1/4” and 1/2" NPT, and 10,000 psig (690 Bar). These check valves are of a one piece body, zero leak design for high pressure and severe service applications. They are designed with a fully retained encapsulated O-ring seal with metal to metal backup, and are available in brass, and 316 or 17-4 PH stainless steel.

Hydratron is a supplier of high pressure check valves in MP and HP connections. Specifications include a maximum working pressure up to 60,000 psi (4140 bar), ball seat poppet temperature ratings of -420 to 1200 degrees F, soft seat poppet temperature ratings of -65 to 250 degrees F, a nominal cracking pressure of 15 psi (1 bar), and optional cracking pressures up to 100 psi (7 bar). Typical high pressure check valve applications include gas, liquid, and fluid handling for the chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas industries.

Oceaneering is a manufacturer high pressure check valves for various applications, including hydraulic power units and surface hydraulics, subsea conduit systems, and subsea control pod and manifold systems. High pressure check valves feature metal to metal and back-up elastomer seats, and are available in 1/2" to 2" sizes.
