Parker Hannifin has a variety of miniature solenoid and proportional gas valves. Proportional gas valves include thermally and non-thermally compensated, 15.88mm size, two-way designs and open and closed systems. Solenoid valves are available in 8mm and 10mm, 2- and 3-way universal styles. Classic solenoid valves are available in 2- and 3-way, 15.88m designs.

Clippard Minimatic manufactures and distributes 10 and 15mm RoHS compliant valves, for normally open and normally closed models, with two- and three-way application. 10 and 15mm valves feature a glass-filled nylon body with Buna-N, stainless steel and copper.

Clippard also offers 15mm valve manifolds, in standard and metric configurations.

FMC Technologies distributes gas micro valves with a quick response, over-center snap action and a lubrication-free operation. FMC micro valves are designed to withstand corrosive elements, and multiport connections ensure contamination-free operation.

SGE offers single outlet gas valves in 50 and 100mm, and dual outlet valves in 50mm.  SGE microcontrol valves are designed for chromatography systems in elevated temperature L-models have on-off controls of single gas streams, while T-models split the stream off into another column/detector. Both systems feature a ten-turn system for completely open to completely closed layouts.
