  Orbinox produces knife gate valves in a variety of series. The EX and EK models are uni-directional wafer knife gate valves in sizes DN 50 to DN 1200 for EX models and DN 50 to DN 800 for EK models. The ET model knife gate valves are uni-directional lug type valves in sizes 2 to 30 inches. The TL model knife gate valves are through conduit wafer valves with double seat design, non-clogging shut off and sizes DN 50 to DN 600. The CR model knife gate valves are heavy duty valves in a two-piece body with round inlet and square outlet in sizes DN 100 to DN 600. The DT model knife gate valves are double gate valves in sizes DN 100 to 600. The EB model knife gate valves are bi-directional valves with non-clogging shutoff and sizes DN 50 to 1200. The VG model knife gate valves are wafer valves with double seated design, two rubber sleeves, bi-directional shutoff and sizes DN 50 to 600. The XC model knife gate valves are wafer valves with reverse position installation, and sizes DN 50 to 600. The BC model knife gate valves are square port low-pressure valves for solid loaded fluids with sizes from DN 150 x 150 to DN 600 x 600.

  Orbinox manufactures a full line of valve solutions products including the RM SER.35 tilting disc check valve for applications in pulp and paper, wastewater treatment plants, food and beverage industries. This valve is suitable for all standard flanged, has short face to face, quick closing reaction for reduced water hammer and has an optional auxiliary spring to increase the closing reaction.
