    Metraflex offers a variety of check valve types. Globe style silent configurations eliminate water hammer with silent operation. Features include a center guided single disc, and bronze to bronze seating with special stainless steel spring control. Pressure/temperature ratings range from 150-200 PSI at 150 degrees. Wafer style silent check valves offer the same features and are rated to both 125 lb. to 250 lb. flange class.

    The Metraflex Company produces globe-style silent check valves, wafer-style silent check valves, FM approved globe-style silent check valves, and FM approved wafer-style silent check valves. The globe-style check valves are available in sizes from 2-1/2" to 30" and 2-/12" to 12". The wafer-style valves come in sizes from 2" to 10" and are rated to 125lbs. and 250lbs. All the check valves activate at 1/4 and 1/2 psi.

    Metraflex manufactures wafer-style silent check valves available in standard sizes from 2" through 10". Rated to 125lb. and 250lb. flange class, the valves feature a cast iron body with bronze or stainless steel trim. Intended for liquid service only, the valves also feature working pressure of 200 psi or 400 psi @ 150F.
