Agilent Technologies distributes a line of vacuum valves including aluminum block valves, gatekeeper aluminum block valves, stainless steel metal bonnet valves, vacuum pump isolation valves, electromagnetic block valves, stainless steel block valves, all-metal UHV valves, and variable leak valves. The various valves are available with a number of mounting flanges and actuation choices.

HyVac Products Inc. manufactures manual and solenoid-type vacuum valves in 2-way and 3-way styles. The solenoid vacuum valves are rated for high vacuum to 10-6 Torr. The valves are electrically actuated and available in 1/4" to 1-1/2" sizes. The manual vacuum valves are rated for vacuum work to 10-4 Torr, and are available in 1/4" to 1-1/2" FNPT sizes.

Terra Universal Inc. manufactures 120VAC and 220VAC solenoid vacuum valves that are constructed of cast aluminum. The valves feature inlet, outlet, and exhaust ports that accept male .25" NPT fittings. The valves prevent premature pump failure and guard against oil back streaming into the vacuum chamber. The valve body measure 1.25" in diameter and 2.875" high.

Ulvac Technologies designs and manufactures vacuum valves including straight, angle, gate, variable leak, and leak types. The various vacuum valves feature manual, pneumatic, or compressed air drive methods, and maximum bakeout temperature ranging from 60 to 250C.

Vacuum Research Corp. manufactures stainless steel and aluminum vacuum valves that feature round or rectangular ports. Available as gate and angle style valves with port sizes of 1 inch to 36 inches, the valves come standard with 250,000 cycles.

Doering Co. designs and manufactures vacuum relief valves including 3-way poppet, directional, and pressure control types. The valves feature 1-3 ports available in 1/8" NPT to 3/8" NPT sizes. The valves also feature pressure ratings of 3,000 psig or 5,000 psig, and aluminum or stainless steel construction.
