INVALCO microvalves operate without lubrication, sliding seals, packing or tight-fitting, wearable parts. Practical system applications include level controlling, air/limit switches and pressure switches.

Pneumadyne manufactures and distributes sub-micro valves with a dented-toggle design for roller-like actuation, yielding 2.9 scfm at 125 psi, with a Cv of .047. The design also has metal actuators and an electroless nickel plating for corrosive/chemical wear protection, and are designed to work with 1/16 Id polyurethane tubing.

Beco Engineering distribute MTVS-PFTE pneumatic sub-miniature diaphragm valves in male/female configurations, with square and round body style. Valve seat materials include PTFE, Viton, Kalrez. Sizes include 1/16 through 10-32, and features 2- and 3-way valve configurations.

Clippard Minimatic offers 10 and 15mm pneumatic valves in 2- and 3-way models in normal/open or normal/closed configurations. 10/15mm valves are RoHS compliant, withglass-filled nylon body with stainless steel, copper and buna-n models.

Parker Hannifin have miniature pneumatic PFTE diaphragm valves, designed for semiconductor, pure-water and corrosive chemical systems. The valves are available for 2 and 3 way operation, for low-flow and small-dose injection systems.
