  Valco Instruments Co Inc offers micro valves for liquid or gas handling applications. Valves have a bore size of 0.060" and can handle up to 200 psi. Valves come in a compact 1" design and the internal valve parts are made of PEEK and PTFE. "T", 90°, and 180° flowpath configurations are available.

  VICI Valco has a variety of low-pressure flowpath selectors, including common outlet, flow-through, trapping, trapping/flow and dead end. All VICI SD, ST and STF selectors are made from Nitronic 60, with rotors made from a polyaryletherketone/PFTE composite, known as Valco E. The valves range in rating from 100 to 400 psi for gas, and temperatures from 75C to 200C. All of the flowpath selector valves can be manually or automatically actuated with either electric or pneumatic systems.
