  • in Bubble Tight Shut-Off Valves

    Shan-Rod, Inc. offers 4300 Series shut-off butterfly valves. Valves allow maximum static pressures of 300 PSIG, 400°F maximum temperatures, and shut-off pressure drops up to 50 PSI. Other features include: a double disc, lower actuator torque, nuclear safety applications, multiple actuations, positive seal inflation, etc. Valves are constructed from EPDM, neoprene, carbon steel, aluminum, titanium, tanalum, corten, and stainless steel materials.

  • in Butterfly Valves

    ShanRod manufactures five different series' of butterfly valves. Their Heavy Duty dampers come in three different series. The 2300 Series fabricated damper bolts up to ANSI/ASME B16.1 Class 125 drilled flanges. The 2700 Series weld end damper can be welded in between two duct or pipe sections. The Medium Duty damper is a standard damper furnished in sizes 4” to 48” for all medium duty services.

    Shan Rod manufactures a variety of gate valve products in various sizes. Models include the 5000 series Bonneted gate valve, 5100 Bonnetless gate valve, 5200 Bonnetless wafer gate valve and the 6000 series Special gates.

    Shan-Rod, Inc. is a manufacturer of sliding gate valves. The 5000 Series is a bonneted gate valve. The 5100 Series is a bonnetless design. The 5200 Series is a bonnetless wafer gate valve. Shan-Rod also offers the 6000 Series of specialty sliding gate valves.

    Shan-Rod makes butterfly dampers with stainless steel shafts and packing followers, including their medium duty models with maximum temperature of 1000F and 20psig static pressure for duct sizes from 4 to 48". The bushings are made of carbon/graphite and have a 1 psi standard max pressure drop.
