  Townley Engineering & Manufacturing designs a wide variety of butterfly valves. Their TM 1&2 Super-Slurry butterfly valve is a high performance slurry valve designed to be leak free under pressure. The TM 3&4 High-Pressure premium valve is designed with a metal reinforced cartridge style EPDM lining that will not blow out in high flow or high pressure applications. The Series 120 butterfly valve is a large diameter valve and a good choice for solution diversion or isolation of water or slurries. The Series 12 butterfly valve is designed for medium duty and is steel reinforced molded. The Series 60 butterfly valve is designed for heavy duty slurry service and features a Towniprene urethane lined case, snap-lock disc seal and full contained disc for valve removal in the open position.

  Townley offers neoprene or urethane covered disc butterfly valves. Valves are available in sizes ranging from 2" to 96" ID, and they have a maximum PSI of 150. Valve seating and liners are made out of the following materials: towniprene, EPDM, rubber, cast ductile iron, gum rubber, carbon steel, elastomer, neoprene, natural rubber, etc. Applications include: chemical, beneficiation, dredging, general slurry, phosphate, sane, tailings, dilute acids, etc. Valves feature the following flange options: spool style, drilled, through-bolt, lug, and wafer.

  Townley makes the TM 1&2 super-slurry butterfly valve with stainless steel disc in sizes from 4" to 20" up to 150psi, with acetal upper and lower bushings, natural gum rubber disc covering, stainless steel shaft, self adjusting "U" cup upper shaft steel, and 150lb drilling lugs.
