Automated Valve and Equipment is a division of Ohio Pipe, Valves, and Fittings, a leading PVF supplier since the 1930's. The Automated Valve division was created in 1983 to meet the growing demand for labor saving valve actuation products. We currently service customers throughout the United States in the chemical process, power generation, food, pharmaceutical, HVAC, and OEM markets.

    Automated Valve & Equipment Co. supplies knife gate valves in the Orbinox Series 10, 20, 21 and 61. The Orbinox Series 10 features a mono block cast body, cast iron or stainless steel body material, wafer style, raised face seat, gate guides, and jams in a size range from 2 to 72 inches. The Orbinox Series 20 possesses the same features and is also available in metal and resilient seat models with seat materials including poly tetra flora ethylene (PTFE), EPDM (standard), and Viton. The Orbinox Series 21 is a heavy duty knife gate valve in a bi directional design. It is constructed of a one piece, stainless steel body, stainless steel gate, resilient seat, easy access packing, stainless steel stem, interchangeable actuators, EPOXY coated steel yoke and EPOXY coating on the body. The Orbinox Series 61 is a slurry knife gate valve in a mono block, wafer, and bi-directional design in a size range from 2 to 48 inches. The valve features a ductile iron body with replaceable rubber sleeves in the seat.

    Automated Valve & Equipment offers pressure regulating valves. Valves allow inlet pressures up to 450 PSIG, and they are available in flanged and threaded connections. Valves have applications for liquid service, air, gases, and steam. They are available in ductile-iron, cast-iron, and bronze materials. O Series pressure regulating valves range in size from 3/8" to 2", and they feature hardened stainless steel seating/discs for extended service life.

The O Series, B Series, 455 Series and 402/403 Series of pressure regulating valves have inlet pressures up to 450 psig with threaded and flanged connections. The R Series and 3040 Series of relief back pressure valves feature bronze and cast iron materials, maximum inlet pressure of 300 psi and a size range from 1/2 to 3 inches. The 175 Series and 153 Series of temperature regulating valves (self operated) for heating and cooling with a temperature range of 20° to 250°F and a size range from 1/2 to 4 inches.
