MSC Industrial Supply Co. offers horizontal swing Y-pattern check valves. These valves feature 1/2" pipe sizes, PTFE seats, soldered x soldered end connections, and a bronze construction. They can handle WSP ratings up to 150 PSI and WOG ratings up to 300 PSI.
