Specifications include a maximum working pressure up to 60,000 psi (4140 bar), ball seat poppet temperature ratings of -420 to 1200 degrees F, soft seat poppet temperature ratings of -65 to 250 degrees F, a nominal cracking pressure of 15 psi (1 bar), and optional cracking pressures up to 100 psi (7 bar). Oceaneering is a manufacturer high pressure check valves for various applications, including hydraulic power units and surface hydraulics, subsea conduit systems, and subsea control pod and manifold systems. High pressure check valves feature metal to metal and back-up elastomer seats, and are available in 1/2" to 2" sizes.
